What is Xuri?
Xuri is a client management and acquisition platform for developers, designers and studios. It combines a CRM, invoicing, contracts with e-signature, file sharing, forms, a helpdesk and a fully branded client portal into one workspace, so you stop stitching together five separate tools.
Who is Xuri for?
Freelance developers, designers, and small studios who bill clients directly. If you are currently running projects out of email threads, a spreadsheet, a separate invoicing tool and a separate e-sign tool, Xuri replaces all of it.
Do my clients need an account?
Your clients get an invite to your branded portal where they can pay invoices, sign contracts, review designs, fill in forms and message you. Invoices are paid from the client’s own account — the emailed link walks them through signing in or creating one — so every payment is tied to a verified person.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. The portal carries your workspace name, logo, accent colour and welcome copy. Your clients see your studio, not ours.
How much does Xuri cost?
Every workspace starts with a 30-day free trial — no card needed. After that it is $49/month for your whole team. Xuri takes no cut of what your clients pay you; that money goes straight to your own Stripe account.
How does billing work?
Invoices are built from line items and paid through Stripe Checkout. When Stripe confirms payment, Xuri marks the invoice paid, records the date and can automatically fire a thank-you or receipt to the client.
What can the automations do?
Automations fire on real events in your workspace — invoice sent, invoice paid, contract viewed, contract signed, form submitted, ticket created, client created and lead won. Each rule can notify your team or post a templated message into the client thread, and every run is logged.
